Approximate Time Commitment: 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM
Responsibility: Set up banners at registration site
Total Needed: 2 volunteers
Approximate Time Commitment: 5:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Responsibility: Set up tables and chairs at designated site area for registration, volunteers, award ceremony, water station, food stations, etc.

On-Site Registration

Responsibility: Welcome participants. Collect money and have participants sign waiver form. Hand participates race packet and event t-shirt (if applicable). Direct to start area.

Food Table and Water Stations
Approximate Time Commitment: 7:00 AM to 11:30 AM
Responsibility: Maintain area and cleanness. Restock food and water as needed.

5K Route
Approximate Time Commitment: 7:30 AM to Noon
Responsibility: Maintain area, cleanness. Hand water bottles to runners. Every 1/2 mile water station with 2 volunteers.

Maternity Fun Run/Walk
Approximate Time Commitment: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Responsibility: Cheer on participants and guide participants through the course.

Maternity Fun Run/Walk Start Marshals and Finish Line Supporters
Approximate Time Commitment: 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Responsibility: Meet and greet participants at the end of the walk/run to hand out commemorative award. Cheer on participants and maintain area for cleanliness. Direct walkers/runners through the course.

Clean-up and Trash Pick-up
Approximate Time Commitment: 11:00 AM to Noon
Responsibility: End of race vehicles drive around outside loop and pick up trash and water stop containers. Return trash and containers to registration area.
